Hi there!

I’m Beth Schieber. I’m 57 years old, married for 32 years and have 2 children, ages 26 and 28. My professional career was centered in the HealthCare Industry. In 2006, I started my own home medical equipment company with 2 business partners. Growing the company from the original 3 employees to 120+ presented many challenges, good times, and difficult times. Managing personal and professional responsibilities led to significant personal growth as we navigated our way to building a successful company. During that time, I realized my passion and greatest sense of accomplishment was leading and coaching our employees, developing their talents, providing opportunity, and seeing them succeed. They were the heart and soul of our company.

In May of 2021 I retired from the business, but the passion I had for working with others was still burning and I knew there was more for me to do. I wanted to give back, to put my experience, both personal and professional back to work in hope that I could help others. This desire led me to pursue the Life Coaching profession.

In December of 2022, I graduated from the Christian Coach Institute. The Christian Coach Institute is an accredited ICF (International Coaching Federation) institute that keeps Christian values and ethics at the forefront of their teaching. This opportunity has further fueled my passion. I am so excited to work with clients who want more for themselves, and I am confident, together we can navigate the path to get there.

Life isn’t easy. It’s not supposed to be. I know firsthand how difficult juggling the responsibilities of spouse, parent, and career can be. Keeping all the balls in the air while staying focused and at peace within is a challenge. It can easily become intimidating to find direction, balance, and purpose without feeling overwhelmed and inadequate. I’ve been there.

While my faith as a Christian and believer of Jesus is what grounds and leads me, I look forward to working with all people from all walks of life and experience. I would love the opportunity to work together to help you achieve everything you want for yourself.
